Celem wizyty było pogłębienie długofalowej współpracy międzyinstytucjonalnej pomiędzy uczelniami oraz realizacja działań przygotowawczych związanych z rozwojem wspólnych intensywnych programów kształcenia opartych na symulacji medycznej, wymianą doświadczeń dydaktycznych oraz identyfikacją obszarów potencjalnej współpracy naukowej w obszarze edukacji medycznej.
Uniwersytet Medyczny w Lublinie reprezentowali:

Podczas wizyty odbyło się oficjalne spotkanie robocze z udziałem władz oraz kadry kierowniczej Wenzhou Medical University, poświęcone dotychczasowej współpracy oraz planom jej dalszego rozwoju. W trakcie rozmów szczególną uwagę poświęcono zagadnieniom związanym z celami Projektu, m.in.:
- organizacją i funkcjonowaniem centrów symulacji medycznej (centrów rozwoju umiejętności klinicznych),
- wykorzystaniem symulacji w kształceniu przeddyplomowym i podyplomowym,
- standaryzacją nauczania umiejętności klinicznych,
- spotkaniom z kandydatami do udziału w projekcie
- a także kolejnych inicjatyw edukacyjnych i badawczych w obszarze edukacji medycznej.
Delegacja UML miała również okazję zapoznać się z zapleczem dydaktycznym i klinicznym, w tym centrów rozwoju umiejętności klinicznych, w wybranych jednostkach WMU, m.in. First Affiliated Hospital of WMU; Second Affiliated Hospital of WMU and Yuying Children’s Hospital of WMU; Eye Hospital, WMU; Hospital of Stomatology, WMU; School of Nursing.
Wizyty studyjne pozwoliły na szczegółowe poznanie rozwiązań organizacyjnych i technologicznych stosowanych w chińskim systemie kształcenia medycznego oraz stanowiły istotny element benchmarkingu w zakresie edukacji opartej na symulacji.
Przeprowadzone rozmowy i obserwacje potwierdziły duży potencjał współpracy pomiędzy Uniwersytetem Medycznym w Lublinie a Wenzhou Medical University w kontekście realizacji celów projektu NAWA SPINAKER, obejmujących rozwój intensywnych międzynarodowych programów kształcenia, podnoszenie jakości edukacji medycznej oraz wzmacnianie kompetencji kadry i studentów w środowisku międzynarodowym.
Wizyta stanowiła ważny krok w kierunku dalszej integracji działań dydaktycznych i naukowych obu uczelni oraz budowania trwałego partnerstwa opartego na wspólnych standardach jakości i innowacyjnych metodach kształcenia.

Visit of the Medical University of Lublin delegation to Wenzhou Medical University
within the NAWA SPINAKER project
On 26-30 January 2026, a delegation of the Medical University of Lublin carried out a working visit to Wenzhou Medical University (WMU) in the People’s Republic of China. The visit took place as part of the project financed by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) under the SPINAKER - Intensive International Education Programmes, entitled “Hand in hand. Medical simulation - creating together the best medical professionals for future patients’ care.”
The purpose of the visit was to strengthen long-term interinstitutional cooperation between the universities and to carry out preparatory activities related to the development of joint intensive education programmes based on medical simulation, the exchange of didactic experience, and the identification of areas of potential scientific cooperation in the field of medical education.

During the visit, an official working meeting was held with the authorities and senior management of Wenzhou Medical University, focusing on the existing cooperation and plans for its further development. Particular attention during the discussions was devoted to issues related to the objectives of the Project, including:
- the organization and functioning of medical simulation centers (clinical skills development centers),
- the use of simulation in undergraduate and postgraduate education,
- the standardization of clinical skills teaching,
- meetings with candidates for participation in the project
- as well as further educational and research initiatives in the field of medical education.
The UML delegation also had the opportunity to familiarize itself with the teaching and clinical infrastructure, including clinical skills development centers, at selected WMU units, such as:
the First Affiliated Hospital of WMU; the Second Affiliated Hospital of WMU and Yuying Children’s Hospital of WMU; the Eye Hospital of WMU; the Hospital of Stomatology of WMU; and the School of Nursing.
The study visits enabled an in-depth understanding of the organizational and technological solutions applied in the Chinese medical education system and constituted an important element of benchmarking in the field of simulation-based education.
The discussions and observations conducted confirmed the high potential for cooperation between the Medical University of Lublin and Wenzhou Medical University in the context of achieving the objectives of the NAWA SPINAKER project, including the development of intensive international education programmes, the enhancement of the quality of medical education, and the strengthening of staff and student competencies in an international environment.
The visit marked an important step towards the further integration of educational and scientific activities of both universities and the building of a sustainable partnership based on shared quality standards and innovative teaching methods.
